1. Discreet Packaging Guarantee

Your privacy is our top priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked, and unbranded packaging. There are no logos, product descriptions, or revealing store names on the outside of the box or shipping label.

2. Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We proudly fulfill orders from our domestic warehouses within the United States to ensure rapid delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 Business Days

  • Cost: Free Insured Shipping on all orders.

Please note: At this time, we exclusively ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the US.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with your shipment's status.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Every order includes insured shipping. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at our support email with your order number. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue or issue a replacement.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to update it before the package is dispatched.
